Tour Itinerary
5:00 AM: Start from Kolkata (pickup arranged as per guest’s location). Enjoy a comfortable 3-hour drive to Godkhali, the gateway to Sundarban. A tea break will be provided en route.
8:30 – 9:00 AM: Board the boat and begin your thrilling journey into the world’s largest mangrove forest. Cruise through narrow creeks and wide rivers, exploring the delta’s natural beauty. Look out for spotted deer, crocodiles, water monitor lizards, colorful birds, and with some luck—the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger in its wild habitat.
During the safari, you will visit three iconic watchtowers:
- Sajnekhali Watch Tower – Known for birdwatching and crocodile sightings.
- Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower – Famous for deer, boars, and occasional tiger sightings.
- Dobanki Watch Tower – Featuring the thrilling 896-meter canopy walk for a unique jungle experience.
Onboard Meals: Freshly cooked breakfast and lunch will be served on the boat, offering a taste of local Bengali cuisine.
4:00 – 5:00 PM: Conclude the jungle tour and head back to Godkhali.
